What we collect
Contact details you submit through the enquiry form: name, organisation, work email and the brief you provide. Nothing else is collected from visitors to this site.
Research data
Data gathered during fieldwork is held separately from this website. Respondents are interviewed under informed consent and identifiers are withheld from published reports unless the respondent has agreed otherwise.
How enquiry data is used
Only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. It is not sold, and it is not shared outside the panel and the engagement team.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for the duration of the discussion and for the period required by our own records obligations, then deleted on request.
