CSR strategy & policy advisory
We draft the board-level CSR policy, define the thematic focus against Schedule VII, and set the governance calendar the CSR committee works to.

Baseline & need assessment studies
Household and community surveys establish the conditions a programme is meant to change, before any funds are committed.

Project implementation
We run programmes directly or manage implementing partners, with field staff answerable to the research design.

Impact assessment
Independent assessment under Rule 8(3) for projects of ₹1 crore or more, one year after completion.

Social audit & compliance reporting
Verification of expenditure against approved activity, prepared for statutory disclosure and audit scrutiny.

Monitoring & evaluation
Indicator tracking through the programme cycle, with mid-course findings the committee can act on.
Rule 8(3), CSR Rules
Impact assessment is no longer optional for large CSR spenders.
A company with an average CSR obligation of ₹10 crore or more over the three preceding financial years must commission an independent impact assessment of every project of ₹1 crore or more, one year after completion. The report is placed before the board and annexed to the annual CSR report.
